Questions? We’ve Got Answers.

Microgreens are young vegetable seedlings harvested 7-14 days after sprouting—after the first true leaves appear but before they become baby greens. They pack intense flavor and concentrated nutrition into a tiny package.

Keep them refrigerated in their original container. Our microgreens stay fresh for 10-12 days when stored at 33-38°F. Don’t wash until you’re ready to use them—moisture shortens shelf life.

Top salads, sandwiches, tacos, soups, pizza, eggs, grain bowls, or smoothies. You can also use them as a finishing garnish on any dish—they add color, texture, and a fresh flavor pop right before serving.

Our microgreens are grown in a clean, controlled hydroponic environment but are not pre-washed. We recommend giving them a quick rinse before eating. Gently swirl in cool water, then pat dry. Store unwashed for longest freshness.

Sprouts are germinated seeds eaten root and all, typically grown in water without light. Microgreens are grown in a growing medium with light, harvested at the stem (no roots), and have developed their first true leaves. Microgreens have more complex flavors and significantly higher nutrient density.
